Method of use
1. Select appropriate pipe fittings, quick rings and diameter expansion tools.
2. Use pipe scissors to cut the pipe vertically to ensure that the pipe opening is flat.
3. Put the tube on the Quick-Easy ring and observe that the tube is inserted all the way.
4. Use the expansion tool to expand the diameter so that the quick ring and pipe are completely opened.
5. After putting down the tool, quickly (up to 3-5 seconds) insert the pipe into the end of the pipe fitting and hold for a few seconds.
6. After waiting for a few seconds to a minute, the quick ring and pipe will return to their original shape and tighten naturally.
7. At room temperature (above 20 degrees), the pipeline pressure test can be performed after 30 minutes. This method does not require skilled workers, and the key points of the operation are only one expansion and one insertion, which is simple and clear.
